Refunds and returns policy

Our policy lasts 30 days.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  As such, we highly recommend you try on your shoes as soon as they arrive.  Please note that all products are quality checked against defects before shipping.

Refunds are available only for products that are defective or damaged.  In this instance, please contact Safina Sandals via immediately upon receipt of your shoes. Please note that this does not include products damaged in transit, which should be resolved directly with Australia Post or Sendle.

If we believe you may be eligible for a refund, you will be required to post your shoes in their original packaging to Safina Sandals. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.   If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.   Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you ordered the wrong size, we will consider exchange providing you notify us immediately on receipt of the shoes.

Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

International Sales
We are not able to exchange or refund any purchases made internationally, so please ensure you choose your products carefully.  We are more than happy to answer any pre-purchase enquiries you have to help you make the right decision, so please email us at  We'll do our very best to answer any questions you have.

To return your product, please post it and all original packaging to: PO Box 791, Morningside Qld 4170.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping your new product will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $79, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
